Inside Sales Representative - South Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Texas
We are seeking the consummate Inside Telesales professional that will be responsible for identifying customers’ business needs and selling our array of products and services - managing the sales process from “contact to contract.” Specific job duties will involve developing “given” leads, prospecting for new business opportunities, and closing new business. You will achieve 100% of quota through implementing creative sales strategies, performing customer needs analysis, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Responsibilities:
Represents the company, its products, and solutions to qualifying new and existing partners across multi-media activities including online, offline, virtual, and physical (restrictions allowing) outreach programs
Proactively recruits new qualifying partners via follow up from outbound marketing or cold calling
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume in assigned partner accounts
Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources
Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements
Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partner portfolios
Ensures partner satisfaction with relationship, solutions, and support activities
Qualifications include:
1+ years’ successful business-to-business phone sales experience
Telecommunications or VoIP sales experience strongly preferred
Documented records of sales achievements in an inside/phone B2B sales environment
Superior phone skills and speech clarity
Exceptional qualifying and closing skills are essential (this is a sales position - not a marketing position)
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Professional demeanor
Proficient use of MS Office
Self-starter with good work ethic and willing to work as part of a small, close knit channel sales team
Excellent customer service and follow-up skills
Must have a willingness and availability for 30% travel across the US to attend trade shows
