Web services for channel partners and resellers
Web services are an integral part of what ConnectMeVoice offers our channel partners and resellers. Our own Web site and our signup tools have been built using code that makes it easy for you to incorporate any element of our Web-based service offerings into your own site. For example, we can integrate our fax documents or our voicemail messages into your application without you having to direct your customer to the ConnectMeVoice site at all. Or, we can provision services automatically, without ever having your customer go to our signup tool, enabling you to offer our voice messaging, call reports, fax messages and other products as an integral part of your own branded offering within the environment of Web services.
Web services
Web services are built using XML/XSLT (extensible mark up language and XML stylesheets), which together offer huge flexibility in moving and manipulating data between Web sites. ConnectMeVoice decided to adopt the Web services approach because we believed it was important to make it as easy and simple for our partners and resellers to incorporate as much of our offering into their own as possible. We also wanted to achieve this without lots of redirects and server access, and to make the interfacing between our system and yours seamless by using Web services.
