The system connects callers to you-only when you want to be connected:
1. When a caller calls your ConnectAnywhere Local or Toll-free number, they be can be greeted by an auto- attendant (e.g. Thank you for calling the ABC company, please enter the extension of the person you wish to speak to, press 0 for the operator, or 9 for a company directory) or, they can be connected right away, without the need to enter any extensions, it's your choice!
2. Now, the caller selects an extension (if you have selected to use extensions).
3. Next, if you have selected call screening, the system will ask for the caller's name, otherwise, our system will just put the caller right through.
4. Your callers will hear music-on-hold or custom information about your company, while the system locates you and connects you to your caller.
