Meet the team who is giving voice to your business vision:
Scott Seltzer, president and CEO of ConnectMeVoice, is a technology industry veteran with more than 25 years ofexperience in IT, computer programming and specialized expertise in telephony systems. He is responsible for leading and directing strategy, growth and overall operations of the company.
Scott had led the development of CMV's flagship products. He founded American Voicemail Network in 1991, which later became known as ConnectMeVoice. Prior to launching his own entrepreneurial ventures, Scott served as CTO for a major IT solutions firm. In the late 1980s, he was a systems engineer and programmer for IBM in Poughkeepsie, NY.
Chief Financial Officer
Lori Seltzer is responsible for the company's financial planning and analysis, payroll and vendor management. Ms. Seltzer also oversees human resources and customer care. She joined ConnectMeVoice in 1998. Prior to that Lori worked in the CFO organization for TCG (Teleport Communications Group) in Staten Island, NY. She has a degree in accounting and finance from Adelphi University and also attended Wagner College with a degree in taxation.
Vice President - Business Development
Eugene Erichsen is responsible for business development and leading the strategic direction of the company. His responsibilities include building and managing the alternate channels program, building corporate and marketing events and managing strategic partnerships. Mr. Erichsen has more than 20 years of sales management and marketing experience leading global telecommunications providers. He attended Union College.
Ira Tessler is responsible for all business application initiatives, systems development and upgrades and network management. He has more than 20 years of experience in web applications development, file server/web server management, programming and LAN/WAN installation and management. Mr. Tessler has a Bachelor of Arts degree in computer science from Rutgers University and a Master of Science in computer science from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
David is responsible for customer service, tech support and new account management. David has over 20 years in customer service, business management and first level technical support. David has a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from DeVry University, and was the Program Manager for San Francisco State University.
Tech Support & Customer Service
Cheryl assists Connect Me in customer service and tech support. She has over 15 years experience in data analysis and data sourcing, QA Testing, HTML and extensive knowlege and skill in SQL Server, databases, and writing business requirements. She has a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Ramapo College of NJ, is NETWORK+ Certified, A+ Certified, and was previously employed at Merrill Lynch and Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.
