Single in-box. Your voicemails and faxes are collected in a single in-box, and you can access them online or have them delivered right to you via email. Each employee can have his/her own extension to manage their calls and voicemails.

Customized greeting. Callers to your company dial your own toll-free number and are played a customized greeting, which invites them to leave a voicemail or connect to you, live, using our follow-me service.

Accept and store faxes. Your same toll-free number accepts your faxes and stores them for you until you're ready to review them. You can also have your faxes emailed to up to three addresses.

Call Queues (ACD queues). Permits the incoming call to ring up to 6 numbers simultaneously. The caller will hear on-hold music (or information about your company) until the call can be answered by a live person, without going to voicemail. Great for sales, customer service and tech support. The caller will not be dumped into voicemail jail!

Information Only. Need to give the caller information about your company or new products? That is what an Information Only extension will do. The caller presses the extension number and hears the information that you have recorded. They are then sent back to the main menu where they can make another selection without having to hang up and call back. The caller can also have the option to select another extension and be immediately transferred.

Fax On Demand. ConnectMeVoice allows callers to receive predetermined information from you automatically via fax. This can be order forms, applications, maps or any marketing information. Can store up to 5 documents with multiple pages.
